Section 1

Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

Section 2

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register a player account on bct177 and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that all of the following conditions are true and accurate at the time of registration and remain true throughout the duration of your use of the platform.

• You are at least 18 years of age. bct177 does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register an account or engage in real-money gaming or betting under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is lawful, or in which bct177's services are not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bct177 is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are registering a single account in your own name. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. bct177 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy across the platform.
• All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bct177 or any of its technology or payment partners. Employees and their associates are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party. Opening an account to receive bets or wagers from third parties is prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable laws.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bct177 or had an account permanently suspended by bct177 for a violation of these Terms.

bct177 reserves the right to request verification documents from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing account monitoring. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

Section 3

Age Restriction and Verification

bct177 is an adults-only platform. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing real-money features, or participating in any game or betting activity on bct177. This is a non-negotiable policy and applies universally to all players regardless of location, device, or method of access. 18+ Only

To enforce this policy, bct177 conducts age verification checks as part of the account registration process and as part of standard KYC compliance procedures. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to confirm their date of birth. Until age verification is successfully completed, bct177 may limit the features available to a newly registered account, including withdrawal functionality.

If at any point bct177 has reason to believe that a player account is being accessed by or on behalf of a minor, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If it is confirmed that the account was registered by or used by a person under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned to the verified payment method, and any winnings generated by the account will be forfeited.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

bct177 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on bct177 is ৳500. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though bct177 reserves the right to apply transaction limits for security or compliance reasons. Deposits are typically credited to your bct177 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact our support team with the relevant transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the bct177 payments team during standard processing hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank card and bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the player's financial institution. bct177 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bct177 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where a withdrawal exceeds a specified threshold. This is a standard security procedure.
• Funds deposited by a particular payment method should, where possible, be withdrawn back to the same payment method. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement that bct177 is obligated to enforce.
• bct177 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or an outstanding KYC verification requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements may be converted to withdrawable cash. See Section 5 for full details on bonus terms.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

bct177 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for newly registered members, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions offered by bct177 are subject to the terms set out in this section, as well as any additional specific terms communicated at the time each offer is presented.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by bct177 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the bonus offer terms. Players should read bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotional offer.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonus funds have an expiry period, within which the applicable wagering requirement must be met. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on bct177 contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rate of each game type (slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games, etc.) will be specified in the relevant bonus terms. Playing games with a lower contribution rate will result in slower progress towards meeting the wagering requirement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. If a player has an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, a new bonus cannot be applied until the existing bonus has either been completed or forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: bct177 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Any player found to have exploited or manipulated promotional offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other accounts, or placing opposing bets to reduce risk — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account reviewed for potential suspension.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers: bct177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already actively claimed and in progress at the time of the change.

Section 6

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

bct177 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bct177 platform. Players found to have engaged in any of the following activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the bct177 platform in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to automated betting systems, card-counting software, or RNG prediction tools.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market. This includes sharing hand or card information in live games, coordinating bets to exploit promotional offers, or any other form of cooperative cheating.
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim a welcome bonus more than once or to circumvent account restrictions or self-exclusion measures.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits. bct177 cooperates fully with payment fraud investigations and will report confirmed cases to the appropriate authorities.
• Attempting to launder money or use the bct177 platform for any illegal financial activity. bct177 complies with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and reports suspicious transactions as required.
• Sharing your bct177 account credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to access and use your account on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards bct177 staff or other platform users via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical error are not payable and will be voided. Players are encouraged to report any suspected errors to the support team immediately.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the bct177 platform — including but not limited to the bct177 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, images, user interface elements, software, game content, promotional materials, and all other materials published on bct177.net — is the property of bct177 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bct177 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the bct177 platform or its content for any commercial purpose.

• You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce any portion of the bct177 website or its content without prior written consent from bct177.
• You may not use the bct177 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit written authorisation.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bct177 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — even if bct177 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bct177 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bct177 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to notify users of planned maintenance periods in advance, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• bct177's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• bct177 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has shared their login details.
• bct177 is not liable for any technical failures originating from a player's internet service provider, mobile network, device hardware, or browser software.

Section 9

Account Suspension and Closure

bct177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bct177 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply.

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming policy.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at the time of registration or during a subsequent verification process.
• bct177 has reasonable suspicion that the player is engaging in or facilitating fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The player is found to have registered multiple accounts or is operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the bct177 Responsible Gaming policy, in which case the account will be suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period or permanently, as requested.
• bct177 is required to close the account by applicable law, a court order, or a directive from a relevant authority.

Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request the closure of their bct177 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bct177 will process any pending withdrawal of available real-money balance to the player's verified payment method before closing the account. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Section 10

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bct177's operating jurisdiction. By using the bct177 platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies specified by bct177's operational framework.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, account balance, bonus, or payment, players are encouraged to contact bct177's support team in the first instance. Our support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within five business days of the dispute being formally raised. Players should provide all relevant details — including their account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and any supporting evidence — when submitting a dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the bct177 support team, players may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". bct177 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to provide a final decision within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

bct177 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to the platform's features, changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements, new payment methods, revised bonus structures, or any other operational adjustment that bct177 considers necessary.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bct177 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practical, will notify active account holders via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://bct177.net/terms-conditions.

• Your continued use of the bct177 platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
• If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the bct177 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.
• Amendments do not apply retroactively to bets already settled or withdrawals already processed prior to the effective date of the change.
